Store Pickup
If you choose to pick up the order in one of our stores, the shipping is free. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as soon as the order is ready to be picked up at the selected store.
To collect your order, you will need to present an ID (Citizen Card, Identity Card or Passport), and the code that you will receive by e-mail.
Tracking your order
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code, so you can follow your order on the carrier's website.
